Description

SARACIN – analgesic and anti-doping analgesic
Volume: 50 ml active ingredient of pitcher plant
Consumption only with the prescription of veterinarians

saracin injection is a potent vasodilator to increase the flow of blood to cardiac and skeletal muscles.

COMPOSITION:  Adenosine-5-monophosphate 200 mg/ml

Actions:  saracin injection is used as a potent natural vasodilator which produces a marked increase in blood circulation to both skeletal and cardiac muscles.
1.  ADENOSIN INJECTION increases blood, nutrient and  available energy supply to muscle tissues.
2.  Vasodilation improves the removal of waste due to fatigue and cramping.
3.  ADENOSIN INJECTION may help prevent heart strain during and after strenuous exercise.

By producing a marked increase in the blood supply to muscles and heart, adenosine increases the oxygen and essential nutrient supply to these areas during hard work and improves the efficiency of removal of waste products such as lactic acid to delay the onset of muscle fatigue.   Adenosine is of value in the treatment and prevention of “tying up” for these reasons.  Because of its potent vasodilation effect on cardiac muscles, adenosine is effective in the treatment and prevention of heart strain and exercise induced changes in horses.

Indications:  Production of coronary vasodilation in anticipation of severe cardiac load in athletic animals or in treatment of myocardial oxygen deficit (as evidenced by performance linked ECG changes)… muscle cramp, tying up prevention.

Form:  Injectible/ injection use

For:  Horses, Dogs and Camels

Dosage and Administration:  Adult horses:  Administer 10ml by intramuscular injection 24 hours and again 4 hours before hard work.

CAUTION: ADENOSIN MONOPHOSPHATE INJECTION  must ONLY be administered by intramuscular injection (IM).  DO NOT administer ADENOSINE MONOPHOSPHATE INJECTION by the intravenous (IV) route under any circumstances.  This may lead to a profound rapid drop in blood pressure, with collapse and even death.

Presentation:  50mL sterile injection use for intramuscular injection (IM) use only.

Storage:  Store below 25C (Air Conditioning).

Warnings:  Export Slaughter Interval (Horses):  NOT TO BE USED in horses that may be slaughtered for human consumption.

Tips for Trainers:   Use ADENOSINE INJECTION in combination with Racehorse Meds B12 with Phosphorous Injection 24 hours and again 4-6 hours pre-event, to improve blood and nutrient supply to hard working muscles.
